Effective date of Peppol November Release 2023 and other Italian changes
Notice is hereby given that on February 26, 2024, updates related to the November Release 2023 of OpenPeppol and other changes related to the Italian context became effective, which were highlighted through the communication published on December 19, 2023.
The technical specifications currently in effect are available at:

Other processes (Simple ordering, Complete ordering, Pre-arranged ordering, Transport document). New features introduced with the November Release 2023 are described in the Release Notes for the individual process, available at:
- Simple Ordering;
- Full Ordering;
- Pre-agreed Ordering;
- Transportation Document;
- Invoicing.
At the same time, blocking controls have been activated on Bills of Lading that do not comply with the Business Rules for the Peppol Transportation Document, as anticipated through the specific communication published on January 31, 2024.
As a result, any documents that do not comply with the Rules will be discarded by the schematron (Validation XLST v.3.1.0).
